With the Nespresso recycling plan, we have partnered with Gulf City Cleaning Company (our official Recycling Partner in Bahrain) to provide different options for recycling your used aluminium capsules and fulfilling your commitment to protecting the environment. Ensure to have your used capsules collected from your doorstep with your next delivery order.
6. AFTER SALES CENTER - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Nespresso warrants machines against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of: 2 years from the date of purchase. 1 year for the professional machines from the date of purchase
*Service, cleaning and descaling are not covered as warranty repair.
The international warranty on Nespresso machines is valid 2 years after the machine purchase and it should be the same model that is sold by Nespresso. The same model also means that electric power is the same (220V).
For any question concerning maintenance and after-sales service of your NESPRESSO machine. please contact our After Sales Center on 00973 66900036 for advice and assistance.
You will receive immediate technical diagnosis and a solution to your machine query, if needed, the NESPRESSO Club will collect your machine at a pre-arranged time and bring it back once repaired. This service is available 6 days a week and includes the repair package below depending on machine warranty period:,
Machine Within 2 years warranty: - Free Repair - Collection of the machine from the address of your choice - Loan machine granted during the repair time (Due to COVID-19 situation, this service is not available) - Repair of your machine and a full check of its components - Return of your machine to the address of your choice. - Any misuse or physical damage caused to the Nespresso machine are not covered under warranty.
Machine outside 2 years warranty: - Repair under flat fees - Collection of the machine from the address of your choice - Loan machine granted during the repair time (Due to COVID-19 situation, this service is not available) - Repair of your machine and a full check of its components - Cleaning and descaling of your machine - Return of your machine to the address of your choice. - 6 months warranty on the repair performed. - Return of your machine to the address of your choice.
7. Exchange and Return Policy
Coffee capsules and consumables can be exchanged or returned within 3 days. Nespresso will only accept such exchange or returns provided the goods are in perfect condition, in original packaging and accompanied with invoice or sales receipt as proof of purchase. Any damage to the packaging or without invoice or sales receipt will not be accepted for exchange or return. Machines and Accessories can be exchanged within 14 days provided they are not used and kept in their original packaging and are in perfect condition.
8. DELIVERY PAYMENT MODE
Please make sure to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon receipt and in case of on arrival damage or missing items, notify and file claim with Nespresso within 1 day of the receipt providing all relevant invoice and signed delivery notes.
