1.Add the saffron to the water and let it bloom for 15 minutes.
2.Brew the coffee (espresso) into a cup.
3.Pour the milk and saffron water into the Aeroccino and prepare.
4.Pour the milk over the coffee and top with more foam.
5.Garnish with grated white chocolate .
