Let's make it!

1.Pour 100ml of milk into your Nespresso Barista device, close the lid, select the "Cappuccino" recipe and press "Start"
2.Extract 25ml of Ispirazione Novecento into a cappuccino view glass.
3.Using a spoon, place the hot milk foam on the coffee.
4.Place 3ml of brown sugar on top and use a kitchen blowtorch to caramelise.
5.Place grilled almonds over the foam.
6.Garnish with lemon zest.
