FOREST SPRITZ
The smooth cereal character takes on a festive sweet pastry note with juicy berry aromas.
Here is what you need
Ingredients
1 x Tokyo Forest Fruit Flavor2 stalks of lemongrass2 tsps. sugar, or simple syrup4 oz. sparkling waterCaramel sauceAssorted berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries), for garnish
Let's make it!
1.Place 1 lemongrass stalk into cocktail shaker or jug, and smash/muddle to release oils.2.Brew capsule directly onto lemongrass. Set aside and allow to infuse for 3 minutes.3.Fill serving glass with ice (about 4 cubes from Nespresso Ice cube tray.)4.Add syrup, top with sparkling water and stir. Add bay leaf.5.Strain coffee into glass. Garnish with skewer of berries and additional fresh lemongrass.6.*NOTE: Whole lemongrass stalks are not edible. Bay leaf is not edible.
